The size of the room great for reorganising our suitcases for the return home. Bed was large and very comfortable for us, although a little hard for my father apparently. Mini Kitchen for drinks. Sound proofing for outside (didn't hear a thing once the window was closed. Lifts working. Nice Bathroom and separate toilet. Even though my husband and I didn't have breakfast as they said it was continental, my family had it and said it was really nice. The receptionist in the morning was lovely, (even though she had just had an awful Brit being really rude and bad tempered, thanks for the reputation boost!!). We are looking at going back and spending a couple of days in Lille so would book again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, available in French or English. Location was brilliant, right next to eurostar terminal. Communication before and during stay was great, bed was comfy, plenty of toiletries (including conditioner whichis unusual) and amenities in the room (coffee maker, microwave) that made the stay really easy. Family room is great value for money and had a curtain between parent and child beds which was a lovely extra touch for adults going to be later than kids! Separate toilet to shower/ bath was another thoughtful touch for a multiperson room. Downstairs had nice communal area and option to buy drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, right next to the Lille Europe train station. Check-in was very easy and quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was much larger than we expected, and also contained a sofa, large table, microwave and fridge. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city and to the Zenith arena. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was extremely quiet. I would definitely recommend staying there when visiting Lille.

very spacious - huge table , sofa-bed and comfy bed. nice bathroom with both shower and bathtub separated. Separate toilet just next to entrance. really nice staff , much appreciated their politeness and friendliness. just located in front of the Lille Europe station - 10 to 15 min walk to the city centre - shopping centre within 2-5 min walk

Staff (friendly for a French hotel), size of the rooms (spacious). We got 2 connecting rooms as we were travelling as a group of 5 and it was super convenient. Breakfast was ok, a little bit chaotic as the staff was struggling withe a lot of visitors during Olympic Games. Parking is just in front of the hotel under the station
